Organizers and vendors are excited to announce that Americans Got Talent contenders Distinguished Men of Brass will be joining us for our 81st Band Day!Saturday is Williston`s 81st annual Band Day, and on Friday, the Williston High School marching band was out getting in some last minute practice. There will be 17 local and regional bands marching down Main Street tomorrow, and a number of different floats. This year the parade will start on South Main Street, and will head north to Harmon Park.America`s Got Talent contenders Distinguished Men of Brass will also be joining the festivities this year.Williston band members are looking forward to making the march down Main Street, especially trumpet player Try Fisher, who is marching in his first band day. “Marching music is a bit more interesting, you get to get out, the crowds all wild up. Concert music everyone is kind of settled. I`m always kind of the up person.”

There are a number of different events, including live music in Harmon Park, and the car show at the Raymond Family Community Center. For a full list of events and timessee below. The parade kicks off at 10:30 Saturday morning in Harmon Park in North Dakota‘s most happening city!

All float entries are sub-headings under a marching band, which are shown in RED. For example, float entry
3a (Murphy Motors) will line up at the same intersection as band #3, Trinity Christian Elementary. Float
participants are encouraged to line up between 9:30 and 10:00 a.m. near their designated intersection on
1st Ave W. The parade will start at 10:30 a.m., traveling north up Main and ending at the northwest corner
of Harmon Park.
